Eligibility Requirements

  • Independent adults ages 35 and older, seniors, veterans, and Displaced adults

  • Residents must be able to manage daily living independently, or have a personal caregiver to assist with their needs

  • All residents are expected to follow house rules and program guidelines

  • Failure to comply may place your stay at risk

  • Proof of income is required to ensure program affordability and placement

  • Each resident must provide a copy of a current driver’s license or state ID and a social security card to keep on file
